I would like to address the situation with [redacted] placed an order with us for Yard Sign StakesShe original provided us with her new address, then called [redacted] and wanted us to ship to her current addressShe provided ***, our Customer Service Supervisor with an address on [redacted] because she was moving [redacted] asked her if she should just Wait until she moved to ship the product [redacted] said it wasn't necessary, that the front office would hold the package for herSo we followed her instructions and shipped to the address she provided us.We received a phone call from [redacted] , stating that her package was being returned to us after three attemptsShe asked if we could intercept it and have it sent to her new addresscalled UPS and they said they were unable to intercept and it was going back to our facilityI called [redacted] and told her thatShe was unclear about what had happened - she always sounds Confused or distracted when she calls ustold her We Would check with UPS to see if the driver was at faulttold her if UPS did What it was instructed to, we would have to charge her to reship her productAs it turned out she did NOT tell the office to hold her packageThat is why after three attempts the package was returned to us.After all of this, the package came back to us, so we shipped it to her new addressAs you can see, she was very confusedWe did what we could., but the responsibility rests with her, as she provided us with an incorrect shipping addressThat is why we charged her $to reship her package.Sincerely,
