I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseThis is another example of the dishonesty we have experienced from this dealership I spoke with Hann Financial after Sylvester told me that he convinced them to reduce our bill and it had not been reduced at all In the end I was able to reduce the bill because Hann sold the car without giving us the opportunity to have an adjuster inspect the car Hann is still charging us a $disposition fee which the Chrysler Dealership failed to advise us of and the Chrysler dealer should be responsible for.

I have been requesting a hard copy of my final sales contract for over a month and have still never seen any paperwork showing a breakdown of all I am being charged for. I know I was charged taxes on this extra $1,and that amount should also be included in the refund check

I have spoken to the gentleman and looked at the report provided from GM, and there is no way the damage he I referring to was caused at the dealership. there are numerous nicks and scratches all over his bumpers that are obviously very old. It was also confirmed by his sales
representative that vehicle had this damage at the time it was turned in

I absolutely took my Vehicle into Chrysler for several attempts to repair(4) and they were unable to do so.In Addition, I sort help with NYS Lemon Law Atty.*** * *** but the were not helpfulBy the way Chrysler would not speak to or correspond with my Attorney I know that I'm responsible for my Loan with *** ***However, Chrysler misled me to believe that my New purchased Vehicle was Safe and reliable and under warranty but they Breached their warranty and could not make the repairs that should have never exist in a new Vehicle to begin with Now, how about Chrysler being responsible for selling me a New Vehicle with A Bad Transmission that they could not fix, and dangerous Antilock Brakes that Lock! The cost $39, How about that, thats the main IssueBefore 21,000miles the Transmission started to slip and the Brakes lock at randomIs this to be expected in a New Vehicle. Why is Chrysler allowed to do this? Are they not Liable for producing a dangerous product? There shouldn't be any fuss from Chrysler, with no remorseThey should be ready to make Compensate Moreover, many people have purchase this Vehicle and are having similar or even worse problems with Chrysler, Chrysler is bad but the is even worseCurrently there is a ClASS ACT LAW SUIT against Chrysler I will settle my debt with *** ***However, Chrysler have a Debt to settle with meThank you, In Advance for your help in this Matter

We have spoken to the customer and have agreed to repair the vehicle again

The customer in question came to us to pick up a new lease and we returned the Honda to Honda of Manhattan within a few days. The drop off of a lease return is a service dealers provide and since we are not a Honda dealer Honda of Manhattan is responsible for the "grounding" of said...

vehicle. He has stopped by several times and we have tried to assist him in any way possible.  Honda of Manhattan has gone out of business, and we no longer have a contact over there. Please let the customer know we are here to assist in any way possible.

 So am I getting back my trade in amount for my car? This is acceptable and unfair. You guys were unable to deliver a service therefore I should be entitled to either the book value of my car or my car back. You can't just take something from me and think that I lose all around the board. I am will to pat ny notes as primised in the contract or my due funds. Fair is fair. There is no place written in the contract that if you guys fail to deliver I lose. Sorry!!

I ended up losing $5,519.19 because the only choice I was given was...

to trade in the used 2013 model ("they sold me with an open recall on 4/**/2015") for a new 2015 same make and model.  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution was "somewhat" satisfactory to me thanks to [redacted].With that said this matter has been resolved.
