Pat (Manager) spoke with Ms [redacted] about her concerns He explained to her that we repaired the slope of the pipe entering the septic tank The $fee we charged was for this work which was completed The issue regarding a odor within the residence is related to the venting of pipes within the residence He is working with Ms [redacted] to identify the source of odor The inspection of the septic system is not related to the odor The septic system is functioning properly and there are no issues The system was certified by the NMED Cindy
