I spoke with the customer and she states that this was resolved. Her money was refunded and the parts returned.

Review: On April 16, 2014, I arrived at JC's shop about 9am and explained to [redacted] that my vehicle was misfiring according to a diagnostic performed by [redacted]. After looking over my truck, [redacted] told me my (2) and (4) spark plugs were bad and needed to be replaced. The cost would be 400.00 and the job would take 4 to 5 hours. I explained that I was taking my kids to the mountains for spring break and I needed my truck. He advised me against using it if I didn't get it repaired. I told to go ahead and fix it. He had my truck all day and completed the job at 5pm. I drove one block and my check engine light came back on. After 3 blocks, my truck was doing the exact same thing. Absoutley No Change. I returned the next morning, he stated he would need more time to see what was wrong. I had to rent a car for my trip. I returned April 22, 2014. He stated he had replaced another spark plug but I still had the same problem. He needed more time to check my Timing Belt and Timing Chain. He wanted me to come back on Thursday April 24, 2014. I took my vehicle back to [redacted] for another diagnostic. It read misfires from cylinders 2, 5 and 6. I explained my situation and the Technicians opened the hood. I immediately saw my engine cover was missing. Later I called [redacted] dealership and [redacted]. I was told by both I had paid a lot of money for a little work and my truck was still misfiring. April 23, 2014, I took my truck to [redacted] The technicians quoted me 478.00 to replace all plugs and wires and an upper intake gasket which is 65.00 alone. This work would include a warranty. The technicians at [redacted] pointed out a broken cover and at least one other place where damage had occured. I have not had any other work done on my vehicle since I bought it in 2010 and my mileage has just reached 112,000 miles. They advised me not to return to JC's and to take pictures which I did. My vehicle is not fixed and instead I have a missing engine cover, a broken valve cover and other damage.Desired Settlement: I would like the initial 400.00 I paid for the work. The 328.00 I paid for the car rental. I would like my engine cover returned and the other damage fixed or replaced.
