day.  Your card will be charged for your total 2 weeks after auction close.  After being charged, we will continue to hold your items without charge for 1 week.  Otherwise, if it is not dealt with, a late fee of $1 per item per day will be applied for each additional week item is stored, charged at the end of the week to your card on file.  In addition, items that are still not picked up within 1 month of auction close become property of WOA and may at our discretion be put up for auction or disposed of."Buyer waited 6 weeks to pick up items.  After 14 days, attempt at charging buyer's credit card resulted in her card being declined.  The $189 in storage fees were not charged to buyer upon pickup.  Buyer claims to be missing 1 bottle of shampoo from lot #139 which closed at $4.  Buyer was offered a refund for this lot if items were returned, yet refused to return items and demanded a full refund.Buyer was informed that Revdex.com complaint filed without response was for another franchise office.  We do not have the rights to respond to other offices Revdex.com complaints.Buyer has continued to slander the company online while writing negative reviews.  Buyer has a history of legal financial troubles and leaving poor reviews for a variety of companies.We would be more than happy to mail a check for the $4 she claims was stolen from her if she deletes her false, slanderous claims from her postings.
