Although my experience with a JD sales man was not good and ended with us walking away unsatisfiedThe minutes we spent with Jen who works for their financial department CNAC was outstandingShe was very professional, patient, understanding and very friendlyShe made us feel comfortable moving forwardShe was very informative and respectfulI wouldnt recommend JD's salesman but Jen will make your experience worth the time!

Aggressive and bullying tactics use on a senior citizen who is not on the loan. forcing them to pay my bill. I have a complaint about the tactics J D Buyrider on Boston rd in Springfield used through their finance company CNAC which is ran by [redacted]. I bought a car from them in [redacted] of 2012. at that time we agreed to bi weekly payments of 188. I year later I changed jobs and changed the week that my check came in. I asked CNAC to change the week I paid then to coincide with the day I got paid. they refused.I have been paying I week late since then. This week they decided to call my references Including my elderly mother in Florida bullying her and [redacted] demanding that she pay the 200 that we are behind. remember we are only 5 days late and have been paying 1 week late for the last several months. I brought the car in [redacted] and have had nothing but issues.I bought this car in [redacted] 2014. I brought the car for inspection the day after I bought it and the car FAILED inspection for the headlights not being properly angled and the windshield washer holder had a crack in it. I called Jd Byrider and asked them to fix the issues. I brought the car back for a second inspection in which it failed again for the same reasons. JD Byrider fixed the windshild washer holder again. After that the car oil light began flashing. I brought the car to the JD service center they claimed nothing was wrong. A week later I brought the car back and told them that the problem continued. At this point they found an issue and replaced on of the pieces. They reported that the car would need a new motor and would begin looking for one. I called JD Byrider in [redacted] letting them know that I needed to relocate to Texas due to a family member being extremely ill. They did not have the motor before I left so unfortunately it didnt get put in. The last week in [redacted] first week in [redacted] I was driving and the car completely died on the highway, the air bag lights came on. I called [redacted] service center and asked them to authorize Texas to fix the car so that I could drive it. While they were fixing the car the crank shaft center had shatterred into pieces, the belts needed to be replaced and they replaced one other piece. And yet the air bag light is still on and has not been replaced. Since I bought the car in January there was no way for me to tell that the air conditioning was working or not. Now that the whether is hot and need to run it I noticed that the air conditioning is not working and they refuse to fix it. Its not my fault since I wouldnt try the air conditioning in the middle of winder. Yesterday my husband was driving and the car completely died again for the second time on the middle of the high way. When the key is turned it doesnt even work at all. [redacted] dealer said that because I am out of state my warrenty is no longer good. I am not going to pay for a car that I can not drive, and that refuse to fix issues that techniqually are not my fault. When I told them that I was not satisfied with the car they told me that all cars have issues and there is really nothing they can do about it. The car is sitting in my yard because I am not paying to have it towed again to a dealer and I am not paying to have these issues fixed. I expect to have a car that is realiable and safe for my children to be in not a [redacted] that is constantly breaking down and wont even pass inspection.Desired SettlementI want a replacement vehicle that is reliable and safe for me to have my children it. I want to have a car that is going to pass inspection and that I am able to drive on a regular basis without issues.Business Response We have contacted Mrs. [redacted] on X-XX-XX and we are having her vehicle picked up by a local JD Byrider so we can address the problem with her vehicle.

I don't like false advertisement especially people that are working to build their credit. Also; false advertisement using Revdex.com.I have a car financed they lied and told me my payments toward the bill balance within June of 2015 will start paying the bill off but a sales representative that is my friend sat down with me and told me everything Jdbyrider does within the first year of the loan of paying off interest instead of paying car balance. My car still has sound issues and I feel like I got ripped off and need assistance with the situation.Desired SettlementI want a refund back.Business Response The customer purchased the vehicle in April of this year, however, due to a deferred down payment, the customer did not begin making contractual payments towards the vehicle until June of this year. Due to the delay in making contractual payments as a result of the deferred down payment, there were 65 days of accrued interest on the account. Accordingly, the initial contractual payments made after the deferred down payments were were applied to accrued interest. As of the most recent payment made by our customer, all accrued interest has been paid and the principal balance has now begun to reduce. If the customer continues to make on time payments the contract will be paid in full on the scheduled date reflected on the Retail Installment Contract signed by the customer. We'd be more than happy to sit down withthe customer and explain all of this in person.Consumer Response I don't think this response is correct they don't mention the car noise how many times we brought it in I been calling [redacted] the [redacted] since before starting the beginning of august2015 and he hasn't called me back they know I have three kids and work I thought getting a car not even four months being with me is not to have problems like this is to at least be fixed every car has recalled but this car not even a year of driving and it has problems. I don't want the headache of this car I want it brought back to them and opt out without ruining my credit I called them twice and went personally in to see them that I was going to make a late payment and they said it was fine as long I pay on the schedule day I say I'm going to pay on and not past due that day. I spoke with [redacted] July 31 2015 [redacted] was going to let [redacted] know about the payment and of the car issues. Then [redacted] called me august fifth I called him back on a 401 area code number no response couldnt leave a message I spoke on first week of august [redacted] from [redacted] in Springfield ma Jdbyrider and told him all the problems the car is still having. Every time I call to make a schedule day is either the following Tuesday or Friday then they tell me the car is fine is only a small thing or another small thing the car still does noise since last time brought in for the same thing I don't want to be back and forth with it I gave jdbyrider my car a Mazda 2006 and all they took offering me was 1400 I have a receipt for all my payments scheduled always before the due date one time late and in June we gave a small payment and then the other not even 5 days later which they were aware about I don't care how much they want to hide things but if they going to be lieing then we can go to court because I ALWAYS pay before the due date and if there was going to be a late fee it should've been written down on the contract to have everything legalize and proof. [redacted] if you want all my documents even the service and payments so you can see for yourself the proof into what they are saying is proof or falsification to say for yourself? Is not of payments, but after weeks making payments and the car still acting up since the day we took it out of Jdbyrider is the same thing . I would like this resolve in a matter of understanding and comprehension. Or paying every two weeks and still have to pay a percent to get my car fixed is ridiculous since they want to be lieing we can proceed to court and I will not pay for the car till they take it back for lieing and [redacted] to people just to buy cars that are not even worth what they have it for. She can either reach Mr. [redacted] or the store [redacted] at (XXX) XXX-XXXX. We're confident that the calculations contained in the Retail Installment Contract are 100% correct and, as stated previously, we'd be more than happy to explain all of this to her in person or by telephone.Should there be any outstanding mechanical issues with the vehicle, we'd be more than happy to make an appointment with her to have our service department look at the vehicle.
