Air conditioner and heat pump on signed purchase order was substituted on installation. It was not discovered until unit needed repair-in 18 months
Purchase order for Lennox heat pump signed on 3-28-11. It was not discovered that the proper unit was not delivered until the unit needed repair that heat pump was not delivered--only an air conditioner. Faxed and wrote to Lennox who denies responsibility for vendor actions. I agree.
