[redacted] was the service professional who installed a whole house water filter for us. [redacted] was quick, resourceful, and knowledgeable. He had to improvise a wall attachment for the filter; excellent job, including having to retrieve additional parts not normally available. [redacted] was informative about other aspects of my 16+ year old plumbing, giving me helpful advice for the future. All three of the plumbers we have used from JD Plumbing have been of very high caliber.

[redacted] (HVAC tech) is wonderful! He not only finds and fixes the issues quickly but he is very nice and is nice to our dogs who want to "help". We feel confident in what he repairs. We had horrible service through a previous provider and it is nice to know we can count on JD Plumbing, Heating and Air and [redacted] to help with our HVAC issues.

[redacted] was friendly, unobtrusive to home workflow, patient in explaining repair/upgrade recommendations, and very respectful with regard for our protective dog. [redacted] attitude and communication style also helped me feel confident about his skill set. I've worked with other JD Plumbing technicians who had a lack of customer service understanding (e.g., walked through our whole house unnecessarily, shared unnecessarily about personal life, left caulk and other mess after repairs, etc.) - [redacted] demonstrated that this company does have some service techs with excellent customer service skills. Had we not been on a service plan with this company, we likely would have sought another provider after the first experience.

JD Service - Never! They do it Wrong and Expensively too!
$590 for snaking the kitchen drainless than 1 hour's worth of work. We had originally thought the price to be high but acceptable because we had requested that all the drains in the house needed to be cleared. After the plumber left, the misunderstanding became apparent to us: we were charged $590 to snake open just the stopped up kitchen drain. The plumbing manager responded to our complaint letter via email saying that he would talk to the plumber who had done the work, and then get back to us the next day. Meanwhile, 15 business days later (3 weeks) have gone by. We never heard back from JD Service.
Lesson: Never Again.

As if explaining wasnt enough he showed me the problem as well as some other issues with the unit that needs attention.
