TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:The complaint involving A Mr [redacted] did not come through our complaints departmentHe has made claims of speaking with the Ex-Contractor Nino P [redacted] **for a cancellationWe have no record of his attempts of a cancellation to the Company at any timeWe also have no phone records of any incoming calls from Mr [redacted] 's listed telephone numbersAs well as Mr [redacted] being a direct family referral of another orientated Rephe had the knowledge as how to cancel if he wanted toThe family member at any moment could have granted him any desired or solicited help in the cancellation process if he wanted to truly cancel

C/O: Ms [redacted] Mr [redacted] purchased his Avatir home care system through his brother [redacted] ; and his then manager MrNina P [redacted] **Which is why we are still stating, that an attempt should have been made through some form of direct contact with ***, if the cancellation process was (at any part) unclear, for Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] also has always had the option to contact us directly (contact info provided on signed receipt) if he felt confused or misinformedHe has previously stated that he only contacted MrNino P [redacted] **for the cancellation information, yet his paperwork provides various ways to contact the head officials for cancellationCopy of his signed receipt of purchase includedAlong with detailed steps of a 'Notice of cancellation "' copies are provided with sale on how to cancel

5/23/2017To whom it may concern, In response to the complaint (***) filed by *** ***, we acknowledge his concerns on the delivery of his bags and beltsWe sent him a partial order, containing belts and a 2-pk bag, so that he would have somethingIt is understood that the customer had to wait for delivery of the rest of his bagsWe had to wait for an order to be delivered to our officeThis matter has been resolved as of last weekThe remainder of his bags were shipped directly to himWe truly apologize for any inconvenience brought upon the customer

Jean-Gilles & Associates sent me a couple weeks ago Idont know why they didn't send the six that was in the original contract?  [redacted]

I have only received payment coupons and collection notices as a result of lies and broken promises made by Jean Giles rep Nino P[redacted]. 
Contacts were made directly to Nino P[redacted] and I was asked several times to allow him time to resell it and in the meantime he would take care of the payments. All of which is documented. Family member whom referred me also made several attempts to contact Nino P[redacted] to no avail. Family member was not able to return back to work for Jean Giles as a result of their recruiter/rep not taking his calls. 
All attempts to contact and resolve this were made directly through Jean Giles rep Nino P[redacted] as instructed by Nino P[redacted]. I have only escalated this matter due to Nino no longer taking my calls after several months and several attempts to rectify this.
