Jean Su Appraisal

Review: I was in the process of acquiring a home loan through a loan company. This company was hired as a third party to Appraise the property. The Appraisal document is littered with false statements as well as photo(s) posted as if they were taken at the property being appraised.Desired Settlement: non- resolvable matter. I have disputed the charges via my credit card company regarding the charges from the loan company. The appraisal company is paid through the loan company. In the end I do not want to be charged for these services and am canceling all further actions with the loan company.
