This is in response to the complaint # [redacted] Mr [redacted] contacted our office on April 4, to tell us he had filed this complaint and to apologize to us However when he called Revdex.com to remove it as he realized we were not at fault he was told by Revdex.com that he could not remove the complaint Mr [redacted] guest caused the grease fire He is responsible for the actions of his guest We are currently obtaining estimates to repair the kitchen Mr [redacted] has requested a payment plan to pay for the repair We have helped Mr [redacted] with a payment plan in the past At this time the drain field has been repaired We always strive to handle any tenants repair request in a timely manner
