Review: Hello, I was a customer of this establishement, sending my cleaning there for more then a year, spending a few thousand dollars. Not only has one dress gone missing several months ago, that cost over $180.00. Never found, and I gave them the benefit of the doubt that these things happen. Two months ago, they lost an $800.00 suit. They denied this of coarse, despite me saying the only place it had been was with them to clean. I then stopped going. This morning, I went in as a belt to a $450.00 dress has gone missing. I pulled it out of the cleaning bag in my closet and it was gone. I took a picture of the dress. Went into the shop and had the person (a women who is always at the front desk) and had her look up the order, sure enough the dress had been there and cleaned and returned to my doormen. This is a dress I am wearing to a rehersal dinner and the belt is fabric. She screamed at me, this is all on camera and all I asked her to do was make a new fabric belt, basically a piece of material simular to a ribbon that would just need a seam stiched in and that she cannot make me a belt. She refused, blamed by doormen and that they lost it. That it is their job to count items. I said that they do not open bags to ensure belts are with clothing. they only count. She kept blaming them. My doormen are highly efficent and when I appoached one some time ago asking if anyone else had issues with this cleaner, they said oh yes and suggested another. Keep in mind also everything my doormen do including collect cleaning is on camera and recorded. I told her I would let them know that she was blaming them for losses. I tore my apartment apart before going in and asking. I had my doormen check the back room as well. I told her I was going to contact your service and all I was asking is that she sew me a new belt with material I would go buy, she stated she did not care. Basically, a very inexpensive job to sew a belt but that is not the issue, the lack of her saying that they never make mistakes is terrible. I started crying and she walked to the back and left me in the front. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and saddened I was treated so poorly. I walked back and told my super and doormen what happened. They are going to contact the management company to have them banned from our building and of coarse going forward they said when new tenants ask where to take cleaning they will pre warned about this establishment.Desired Settlement: To pay for my lost suit, which I was going to let go until this instance. I can provide a receipt if needed. I will go back into my credit card charges and supply this. NOT a credit for cleaning as I work very hard and cannot afford for them to lose my expensive clothing. I will never go back there and the fact that a customer was this upset and she kept screaming at me is unacceptale. I have never contacted your service before but in this case I am so dissapointed.
