Thank you for allowing us to explain our position We feel as a family-owned business that we have gone above & beyond to satisfy this customer.Miss ***-*** has sent to you a complaint which contains mostly statements and half-truths Why does she think she is entitled to
the full trade allowance for a car that we wholesaled for $(bad transmission and 160,plus miles)We extended every courtesy to Miss *** whenever she made a complaint When we checked the vehicle, we found no validity to her complaints and could find no problems she said existed.I would like to discuss this with your office You may contact me on my cell at ###-###-####First I would like to say our company has been in business over years The complaint submitted to you has no merit whatsoever I would like to address each of her complaints and how it was handled.1) Steering column had small squeak sometimes when turning We agreed to purchase for her another steering column to be installed by her mechanic*I have enclosed a copy of our standard warranty which does not cover the above.2) She then claimed the brakes made a noise sometimes, we we sent it to our garage and had perfectly good brakes replacedAgain, the vehicle has been inspected and serviced w/new fluids as all of our vehicles are prior to selling them (1/truth).3) She said that on occasion after purchasing vehicle that the oil pressure guage was low When she brought it to our office, it was reading perfectly so I then directed her to a service facility who has been in business for over years They tested the compression and said everything was normal No issues He told our customer this (claim)4) Her next issue was that the *** overheated She towed it to the garage A fuse to the coolant fan was blown It was found that she installed new larger speakers in the rear of this vehicle which our mechanic surmised could have cause the fuse to blow He replaced it with one he had at no charge to us (.40) (1/truth) The stereo system worked perfect(claim)5) She had a 6-way adjustable seat which operated perfectlyNo issues! (claim)after she caused a lot of commotion each time she came in we agreed to give her credit toward another vehicleWe refunded every penny that we had received from her plus the money we received for her trade (a *** with 160,miles and bad transmission that we wholesaled for $700.00) toward another vehicle of her choice, with the exception of the $dollar deduction was for the 2,miles she put on our vehicle in the days she had it We are a highly respected family-owned business and we feel this complaint was unjustified We feel that we said her a good used vehicle and also financed it for her at 0% interest rate as we have for many years for thousands of customers over the past years The vehicle is question was then sold to another customer on April 15th,

Thank you for allowing us to explain our position.  We feel as a family-owned business that we have gone above & beyond to satisfy this customer.
Miss [redacted] has sent to you a complaint which contains mostly false statements and half-truths.  Why does she think she is...

entitled to the full trade allowance for a car that we wholesaled for $700.00 (bad transmission and 160,000 plus miles)We extended every courtesy to Miss [redacted] whenever she made a complaint.  When we checked the vehicle, we found no validity to her complaints and could find no problems she said existed.
I would like to discuss this with your office.  You may contact me on my cell at ###-###-####
First I would like to say our company has been in business over 17 years.  The complaint submitted to you has no merit whatsoever.  I would like to address each of her complaints and how it was handled.
1) Steering column had small squeak sometimes when turning.  We agreed to purchase for her another steering column to be installed by her mechanic. *I have enclosed a copy of our standard warranty which does not cover the above.
2) She then claimed the brakes made a noise sometimes, we we sent it to our garage and had perfectly good brakes replaced. Again, the vehicle has been inspected and serviced w/new fluids as all of our vehicles are prior to selling them (1/2 truth).
3) She said that on 1 occasion after purchasing vehicle that the oil pressure guage was low.  When she brought it to our office, it was reading perfectly so I then directed her to a service facility who has been in business for over 30 years.  They tested the compression and said everything was normal.  No issues.  He told our customer this.  (false claim)
4) Her next issue was that the [redacted] overheated.  She towed it to the garage.  A fuse to the coolant fan was blown.  It was found that she installed new larger speakers in the rear of this vehicle which our mechanic surmised could have cause the fuse to blow.  He replaced it with one he had at no charge to us (.40) (1/2 truth)  The stereo system worked perfect. (false claim)
5) She had a 6-way adjustable seat which operated perfectly. No issues! (false claim)
after she caused a lot of commotion each time she came in we agreed to give her credit toward another vehicle. We refunded every penny that we had received from her plus the money we received for her trade (a [redacted] with 160,000 miles and bad transmission that we wholesaled for $700.00) toward another vehicle of her choice, with the exception of the $500 dollar deduction was for the 2,400 miles she put on our vehicle in the 30 days she had it.  We are a highly respected family-owned business and we feel this complaint was unjustified.  We feel that we said her a good used vehicle and also financed it for her at 0% interest rate as we have for many years for thousands of customers over the past 17 years.  The vehicle is question was then sold to another customer on April 15th, 2016.
