Review: On April [redacted] I signed a contract with Willy A[redacted], President of [redacted], JELM Contractors.(License Number [redacted]) The contract consisted of the following restorations:Installation of wooden floors with sound proof.Demolition of kitchen floor and new floor installation in porcelain.Painting the entire apartment. Demolition of old counter top and installation of new counter top,faucet and sink under mount.Installation of crown molding in the living room, dining room and foyer. Complaint--- The wood floors installed in the foyer, living room and small bedroom have areas that were not installed correctly. The wood is raised and not leveled with the rest of the floor.I called several times and Willy A[redacted] told me that he and Miguel would come to repair the floor. To date, Willy has not come to do repairs or has returned any of my phone calls. I would greatly appreciate your assistance with this matter. Thank You, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to get a refund from JELM Contractors so that I may contract a floor expert that specializes in this type of work and get the work done correctly.
