Revdex.com:I...

have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. In addressing the facts regarding the repair issues. I have only spoke with Jay A[redacted] after my many complaints regarding the alleged repair and subsequent issues fell on deaf ears from the Auto Sales Repair Service manager Jeff. Even after speaking with Jay A[redacted] multiple times via email there was a breakdown/impasse and I asked to have the issue escalated to ownership because of the repair being questioned entirely and concerns of invoice fraud and I requested the side note of $500 be removed for non repair as he was not able to provide warranty/parts/ information to me. I have email documentation in the affirmative to support the aforementioned and following statements to which I emailed him directly and all can be provided to further laminate the facts. The overall problem after the fact is I have a purchase agreement for the vehicle in question and believe that because of the fraudulent repair side note - there is a direct bully affect for poor services and non services of parts and labor to which did not fix the initial problem the first or the second time I took my vehicle in for repair after communicating about the issue repeatedly after the initial repair was supposedly completed. Twice, I took my vehicle in for the same repair the Auto Sales Service Shop failed to make honest repair or fix the Real problem/ issue as charged in the amount of $500. As mentioned, the offer was made that, that would repair the fuel pump again with tacked on labor - again, red flag. How am I to know what if any repairs are or was done without Proof.? Thus, Auto sales is unable or refused to offer proof for services and labor provided after I emailed and requested documentation.1. To be clear with regard to Jay A[redacted]'s response. He has no first hand knowledge of the exchange between myself and the Auto Sales repair shop. Jay A[redacted] was only brought in as a last result, by me, as I emailed him directly because of the poor services I had received as my issues regarding the alleged repair problems were dismissed by service shop manager Jeff before and after I took my vehicle back a second time mixed with mistrust and concerns over the non repair.2. As stated in my original Revdex.com complaint, and in response to submitted response by Jay A[redacted] regarding my vehicle "Not being drivable" I "took" my vehicle - which was Drivable into shop (it was never towed in for services) for the initial diagnosed repair of the fuel pump by Jeff the manager that was made to me without properly diagnosis- meaning he never put it on a machine. When I initially took my vehicle in, service shop manager Jeff asked me what was it doing and I explained it was hesitating and hard starting and he immediately said - he was sure it was the fuel pump. He did not have me wait for further diagnostics but again in his professional experience it was the fuel pump and he would be replacing it. I left my vehicle at the shop because I trusted that he was the lead mechanic as he stated with 30 something years of experience and picked it up after the repair. I drove it there and drove it away from the shop.3. To clarify - my vehicle was drivable both times I took it in for service. The only time was after it "was not drivable was after I took it back in a second time as the shop did not locate and fix the problem of hesitating and hard starting as it persisted until such was the case.4. In reference to the response: The chain of events that occurred after the alleged initial repair are as follows. I called the service shop approximately a few weeks after the repair because my truck started to hesitate and hard start- which is exactly what it was doing before the alleged replacement repair of the fuel pump. I called and spoke with Jeff the shop manager again and was told.. it could not be doing the same thing to which I responded - apparently there is a real issue because your replacement of the fuel pump did not fix the REAL Problem. Jeff responded and stated that it could possibly be because of low fuel to which I responded I had well over a half a tank of gas. At that time it became increasingly odd, because the notice of verbal warranty provided by the service technician of 30 days was incorrect to which I verbally requested written warranty from Jeff. I never received the warranty in writing. After meeting great resistance as to the repair not solving the PROBLEM and multiple calls regarding the issue, we agreed on a time and on 11/17/17 Jeff finally agreed to look at the truck again so I took my truck - which was DRIVABLE back in to be repaired for the "same issues A SECOND TIME and was told when I went back to get it - they could not find anything wrong. I told them at that time " that it is odd as I drive my truck regularly and it happened before I drove it in here and what your telling me does not make sense. I immediately lost confidence in everything that supposedly had occurred - the diagnosis, the warranty, the parts purchased and any associated labor costs because it was apparently obvious the problem along with subsequent issues were not Fixed. Now the only thing that exist for this still existing problem is that I have to fix the problem and I am paying $500 for an invoiced repair that did not fix the Real Problem. Again, This was all emailed to Jay A[redacted] and he was made aware of the facts. I can provide email documentation in the affirmative what was said and reported.5. In reference to the response: I was advised by Jay A[redacted] on 12/07/17 via email that my concerns of trust and issues of non repair that "I would be better served taking my vehicle to another shop, to which I responded so I am paying you (Auto Sales and Service) $500 for a ill/non repair and now I will have to pay someone else on top of the $500 to fix the problem all over again. Again, this further laminated to me the level of dishonesty and disregard for me, the invoiced services and his willingness to taking total advantage and attempting to use the side note as purely a means to rip off a client with an existing buyer contract account.6. In reference to the response: Additionally, Jay A[redacted] stated he offered to pay for the part if I took it to a mechanic of my choosing. That did not happen and is untrue. He emailed me after the facts were presented and I made my concerns known that "I would be better served if I took my vehicle to another shop for repair." Never stating he would pay for anything... Only after I emailed him with the Attorney General Office cc'd did he even offer an alternative Auto Sales Shop payroll shop which they have used located on Shadeland Ave - to have them look at it. He never said he would pay for the services. To which I refused because I surmised I could no longer trust the services after two failed opportunities to fix the problem and a host of other lies during several communications and two refusals to provide warranty information as I indicated to him via email and asked for dismissal/ refund of charges paid thus far for the reasons and facts that no repairs invoiced- claimed - fixed the problem as invoiced. As I indicated in the same email - I believe this was attempt to charge for services that were never provided. Furthermore, I asked via email that Jay A[redacted] escalate this issue to ownership to resolve this issue without legal formality should the decision of refund be outside his authority but I did not hear back or get a response to that request.Regards,[redacted]
