I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved and would like to drop the complaint.They have promised to send a replacement pillow with a sufficient amount of down inside the pillow. For the record, it seemed like they were willing to do this earlier, but the retailer some how failed to make this connection

I have contacted the customer and we are working it our right now! We are going to do what she wants and it was a misunderstanding. She is going to drop the complaint. What else do you need from me please?
Review: I purchased the "Classic Glider" from [redacted] through one of its retailers [redacted] (which I will be filing a separate complaint for). Both [redacted] and [redacted] advertise the chair as having a "special down fill" pillow. Please see [redacted] When I received the chair at the end of December, the back pillow that it came with was a cheap one made of foam. It was clear from the external (more boxy shape, unlike the more billowy look on the website) as well as looking at the inside of the pillow, there was not any down. I have photos that show the difference. The chair retails for $1869, which makes it one of the most expensive gliders on the market, so it is unacceptable that the chair comes with cheap foam and this was not what [redacted] promised and advertised on its website.I have been trying to communicate with [redacted] and [redacted] for the past month, but they refuse to allow me to return the chair or to replace the pillow.Desired Settlement: I would like them to replace the pillow with a down filled pillow. If that is not possible, I would like to return the chair for a full refund including shipping.
