I ordered an item at the beginning of [redacted] received an email with tracking information on the 12th however there is no tracking informationI have emailed the company 4 times to find out the status of my item that I have paid for yet not received and they have not responded to the last two emails that I have submitted asking about the status of my item nor are they responding to my request for a refund as I have no tracking information or the product I have paid for.Desired SettlementAt this point I just want a refund and will no longer do business with this company as this is not the first issue I have had with them and was giving them a second chance but no longer want to do business with a company that does not respond to their customers Final Consumer Response
