Jensen Interiors provided granite countertops late and of horrible quality. He does not want to fix the items.
Our subcontractor John S used Mike J from Jensen Interiors to replace our granite countertops. Mike J had promised that we could get our countertops by Dec 24, 2019 but this was then pushed back to Dec 26th, 2019. Again the countertops were not ready and then the date was pushed back to Dec 30, 2019. I was not available as I was out of town. Mike J sent his team on Jan 6, 2020 to start the replacement process of the granite countertops. He stated it would take 3 days and it ended up being 4 days. The countertops were not done properly and he didn't want to do the repairs fully. The wetbar countertop had a gap in between the backsplash and bar top. He stated that only caulking could be used. Mike J stated that nothing could be done to fix this and that the wall was not straight for the coutnertop to be put in. I had to call Mike J multiple times to get his employees to come back. He refused to come to our house to look at the issues.
I want Mike J to fix the wetbar gap appropriately instead of with caulking.
I would like to cancel my complaint that I filed about Jensen Interiors. They have reached out to fix the issues.
Mike J started out well on our project, but after we ran into a problem with being overcharged for his plumber/electrician mistake he abandoned our project, stopped responding to emails and had an attitude with me and my husband. He still harasses me on Yelp by calling me names. This speak volumes about his business, and how he does not care about the mistakes his business made and the losses he caused.
18 yrs in business in central Florida and this is the worst person ever. This woman is attacking our company over social media for a project that we completed over two years ago. We completed the project and received their signature of acceptance for all work. She was not overcharged. She was charged exactly what she agreed to pay on the proposal...not a penny more. She is therefore lying and is just mad because of her lack of understanding of the construction process and her lack of understanding just simple fairness. We worked hard for her over many weeks of work which resulted in a beautiful looking condo that was a disaster when we started the project. Many changes at her and her husbands request is the only changes that occurred and they were informed of the prices and agreed to the prices before the work was completed. These changes did extend the timeline for the project as any reasonable person would understand. This post is just an attack on our company since we would not "refund" them money even though we delivered on every single item we were contracted to complete(and then some). I have never been treated more unfairly by any customer like this in a long time. I guess social media and Revdex.com is a very easy place to attack a good company from behind a computer screen. I will put my 19 years of doing business up against this woman's unfair tactics any time. She is a con artist and threatened to do this if I didn't give her money and now she is owning up to her threats. This is nuts since we spent two days addressing every single issue she could invent. I have her acceptance signatures and final pictures of a beautiful project for anyone that would like to see the truth...Thx.
Mike J is a liar but he chooses to call me names because that's his defensive reaction to a complaint he is not willing to resolve. I can provide emails, estimates and invoices and I can prove that we got overcharged for water heater. He knows that perfectly well himself because there many conversations about it with him over the phone, but now he decided to lie. I have all the evidence I can show and post, and I will be happy to. I don't care if this unprofessional business owner who is rude and has an atttude towards his customers has been in business for 5 years or 30 years, he abandoned our project as soon as we complained about being overcharged. I have evidence of that too. He can talk here all day about this and that, but facts are facts. Revdex.com please allow lame to provide all the evidence to you.
I am a 12 yr veteran, West Point Grad and 19 yrs in this business and US Born proud American Citizen.
I do not lie, cheat, nor tolerate those who do...especially when they attack good, hardworking, people like we have at Jensen Interiors.
She was NOT overcharged and she cannot prove same.
She was never lied to and she cannot prove same.
We never abandoned the project, in fact even after we were paid in full, we spent two days completing her very detailed punch list which she personally signed off on each item that was our responsibility and in our scope of work.
Obviously, she is delusional about the facts and cannot prove any of her accusations.
If anyone would like to discuss this customer and/or this project, I am available almost anytime.
I can produce her signatures on the acceptance of the work performed at her house.
She had many changes that resulted in change orders which were communicated and approved before the work was completed.
She and her husband were not charged one penny more than was communicated and approved by them.
Her accusations are unproven and unsubstantiated.

Your citizenship and civil status does not really matter in this case Mike J. There is no need to repeat how many years you have been in business as obviously that didn't stop you from failing. What matters is professionalism, quality of work and positive attitude. We hired you to do the job and you failed on all levels. If you are so good and honest as you say why did you not respond to our emails about status on the job? If you are so good and honest as you say why did you tell my husband he was pissing you off for expressing his concern? If you are so good and honest why did you charge us $2,000 more? You can talk all you want, but my bank account, your quote, your invoice and our emails can provide you are lying in minutes. Enough talk, you want me to email you all this documents to refresh your memory? You seem to be forgetting. And Mike J the changes we had were mostly related to canceling certain things we originally agreed on, so in reality that only should have helped you finish earlier. The 2 days you spent at our home when we arrived were a result of your absolutely disgusting quality of work, many things have not been even touched! So what are you talking about? You act like you did us a huge favor by sending your team to work on the issues, if you were honest and diligent you would have finished these things within a month a half that the house was sitting empty. Especially that I have an email from you where you stated everything was almost ready. That was not a touch up list, those were big issues with things not done completely! Otherwise it wouldn't have taken you 2 full days to finish all of it. Stop spreading lies, man up and admit you messed up. As soon as Revdex.com allows to provide evidence I'm happy to, I'm tired of listening to your false accusations and of you calling me names due to your personal issues. Enough words, let the evidence speak.
