Dear Revdex.com Representative and Mr*** *** Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about our product and servicesI would first like to take the time to apologize for any inconvenience this has caused youI have every desire to address and resolve any concerns or issues you may
have with a solution that would benefit all parties but first I would like to address the initial complaint according to the notice that was received from the Revdex.com.According the notice, it states that the 14-day warranty was not honoredI apologize if there was some misunderstanding on how the policy works but I will explainOur warranty covers any defect with the tire, more specifically, if the tire(s) get a knot/bulge or blows out within 14-daysIn most cases we will also honor the warranty if any other defects are brought to our attention within 2-daysThe only requirement that we have is that the original receipt be presented during the claim.According to the complaint we did not want to honor this policy and you were yelled and blamed yo for everythingThe receipt was never presented and after asking for it we were giving different responses of why it could not be presentedI would also like to point out that at no time were you yelled at or blamed for anything but I would like to apologize if this was what you felt we did to youLastly, Ms***, I believe you and your husband were present when you mane the original purchase and paid for the tiresNow, I may have missed you but I don't recall you being present when the two gentlemen went in to talk to us about repairs, thus the importance of having the original receipt present.I truly believe this was all a small misunderstanding and want to do my best to get this correctedAccording to the notice you are requesting a refund of $125, which I cannot do but I will replace the tire in question with another tire of your choice and will refund any fees that were charged to get it repaired (up to $with receipt)Or I can give you a refund for one tire ($38) I may be misunderstanding but the new notice states you have tried to contact us multiple timesThe only communication we have received in regards to this issue has been from the Revdex.com but to ensure we get you taken care ofI have provided ways to contact me directly, so I will respond ASAP when a message is receivedThank you for your time and again I apologize for any inconvenience. *** ***
