Stairs and walkway installed by this company where where the treads have seperated form the stairs and the walkway has sunk. In 2008 I paid Jeremy Maclachlan Landscape Design & Construction $8K to install a new set of stairs and a walkway at my home. The stairs were installed and capped with blue stone treads that led to the front door. For the last 2 years the mortar that secured some of the treads in place have cracked and separated to the point where I can move them. At this same time I contracted Jeremy Maclachlan Landscape Design & Construction to install a new paver walkway with multiple granite steps that led to the newly constructed steps. For the last year several of the pavers have sunk and the granite steps have shifted significantly. In the summer of 2012 I contacted Jeremy Maclachlan Landscape Design & Construction by phone and left 3 messages concerning this issue. In the spring of 2013 I called Jeremy Maclachlan Landscape Design & Construction 3 times leaving messages regarding this issue. I also sent an email via his web site and a letter detailing my issues asking for a call back to discuss options. As this date I have not received a call and I am looking for your business to intercede to get some communication going.
