We recently relocated to the area as a result of a company transfer and worked with The Jessica Hargis Realty company (Shannon ***, was our real estate agent and represented us in purchasing the home) Shannon showed us a property that her company represented, which backed directly up to a natural wooded area A large part of the appeal of this property was the natural reserve area that the home backs up to and the resulting serene and quiet environment that it would provide When we asked Shannon about the open tract of land, we were assured that the land could not be developed as it belonged to or was administered by the Engineering Corp/Core and as such no development (commercial or residential) could take place on said land This w
