I am rejecting this response because:
Why would I choose pink if my wedding colors are fuschia, which is a dark pink and plum. I know for a fact I chose the bright pink option from the drop down menu. In response to the jewelry after further review it is cheap looking and you can barely see the engraving on the two pieces. The company has terrible customer service, I would settle on paying for the shipping to have the tote bags replaced since they have no desire to make their customers happy. All that I am asking is to have the tote bags replaced with the color I know for a fact I chose. There must have been a glitch on their websites end, because again if my colors are fuschia and plum why would I choose a baby pink, that clearly makes no sense. I want this issue resolved and the correct totes in the correct color that I chose.

2-15-One shows the email exchange between customer and customer service. Customer was advised that all correspondence is done through email. As stated on the website in return policy and on the customer invoice, personalized items and sale items are not returnable or exchangeable. Also please note that in our email correspondence the customer stated that her wedding colors are fushia and plum and that the jewelry was beautiful which totally contradicts her Revdex.com complaint.Jessicas Wedding feels we did not make an error in fulfilling the customers order as received.Thank you

Review: I placed an order at Jessica' s Wedding for gifts for my bridesmaids.

I chose a mesh tote that I was able to personalize with my girls first initial, including the color of the threading.

They have a drop down menu that you click the color you would like. The colors for my wedding are fuschia (bright pink) and Plum.

I was so excited to see they had an option that would match my wedding theme colors, so I chose to have (6) totes customized in the color bright pink.

I specifically checked to assure I had everything perfect for my order before placing it. I received my products very quickly, I had also purchased a personalized set of jewelry for my flower girl.

To my surprise I was sent (6) totes in a light pink threading which looked nothing like the picture depicted on the website or close to the color I wanted, not to mention the quality of the jewelry along with the engraving on it was awful, it looked extremely cheap and again nothing like it was depicted on the website.

I tried to call the company to have the totes exchanged at no charge to me for shipping both ways for my CORRECT color. However they don't have a number to reach them on only an email, which to me is very shady.

I was able to contact a customer service representative through email who was no help to me at all, she was rude, and after I continuously asked to speak with a manager she refused to give me a phone number or have a manager call me, after I gave her my cell # numerous times.

She sent me an invoice that stated I chose the "pink" threading instead of the "bright pink", which is completely un true. This is my wedding and of course I would make sure I chose the correct corresponding color for my theme, this is a very important day for me.

Even though the quality and look of the jewelry is awful and looks nothing like it was shown online I am fine with having to deal with that.

However all I ask is that the company exchange the incorrect totes they sent me for the correct colored ones.Desired Settlement: All I would like is to have the (6) totes exchanged at no additional charge to me due to an error with their system.

At this point I will deal with the awful quality jewelry they sent, rather than the jewelry depicted on their website.
