I am rejecting this response because: Jet Black did not contact me regarding the loose coating surrounding the patched areaIf the coat surrounding the patch was not adhering before the patch was made, and was not treated
or removed and recoated, then there is a good chance that the same problem will occur in the futureLooking at the patch, there is no indication that the loose coat surrounding the patch was in any way treated
