Mr*** came into the retail location on 8/23/to give a deposit and sign a liner contractHe did not choose a liner pattern at that time but did give a deposit of $2,to secure installationHe was informed that the price was $4,and that we would send a techout to measure
the liner for final number because customers many times do not give the proper measurementsIn this instance he did provide the correct information needed and the liner was ordered when the customer called in the liner pattern of his choice on September 5,This was a custom liner due to the stairs in the pool and manufacturers tend to take longer to make.The same day of the deposit the customer called into the retail after he left and wanted to change the credit card he put the deposit on and gave us an *** *** card and wanted to put more than the $2,required deposit amount and gave $3,The liner was received by our company and installed on 10/2/at which time the customer was not home for the scheduled apptWe phoned to make contact but no answerjob was completed and charged.Mr*** called in to report on 10/4/that there were wrinkles on the stairs in the poolWe informed him that because the pool was not completely filled with water that without the pressure from the water it will be like that until it is filled in the spring time for the openingHe agreed that it made sense and was satisfiedWe were later notified by the customer that the final payment should go on another credit card and requested credit on the *** *** at which time they were informed we could process that request when they provide the new payment method at which time Mrs*** did not want to doThe service manager later called and spoke with Mr*** and explained we could make the switch but needed the new credit card informationHe stated his wife was out of town and they would contact us when she returned. The credit was issued to the *** *** card on 10/3/when the customer called in with new payment methodA receipt was emailed to the customer

I responded to this complaint last week but do not see it posted in my file so I am submitting another.Mr. [redacted] called in to request an above ground pool opening which was scheduled on June 14th, 2017. When the tech's arrived to open the pool there was not enough water in the pool to start the...

system. They hooked up all of the equipment and explained to the customer that he needed to add water to an appropriate operating level and flip the power button on. They could not install a ladder as there was not one onsite- We then heard back from the customer on June 28th at which time he informed us that the pool would not "start" and could we come back out. He was scheduled for a revisit on July 3rd at which time the tech. [redacted], opened a gate valve and the system started up immediately. We did NOT charge the customer to go back out for this issue as a courtesy. We service thousands of pools and have never had a Revdex.com complaint. We have been in business for almost 20 years and take great pride in our relationships we have established with our customers. Calls are scheduled as they come into the service center and at certain times of the year we are exceptionally busy but we always provide service to our customers in a timely manner. This pool was opened and is operating. Thank you
