In my many years of ridinga cab I have never been so disrespected in my lifeThis company I have been taking almost every mprning for the last months and they have become so rude for the last month to meSome of the ladiea gives attitudeThey called me and gave me a sly comment and she dint even bother checking weather im the person she was suppose to callNow they give me an attitude and asked for me to pay to travel to the citt before they drive meWow really!!! That is how you treat ypur customerVery rude porter and this driver is super rudeThey made me cry and I am super upsetA cab company made me cry what the hell is wrong with this pictureThey are so mean to me to a loyal customerThey generelaize people jumping off the cab well I am not part of thatI have been an honest client who pays her cab fees all the time

They called me and gave me a sly comment and she dint even bother checking weather im the person she was suppose to call. Now they give me an attitude and asked for me to pay to travel to the citt before they drive me. Wow really!!! That is how you treat ypur customer. Very rude porter and this driver is super rude. They made me cry and I am super upset. A cab company made me cry what the hell is wrong with this picture. They are so mean to me to a loyal customer. They generelaize people jumping off the cab well I am not part of that. I have been an honest client who pays her cab fees all the time.
Review: On 8/**/14 at approximately 9:30 am, Car 45 from Jewel Car Service showed up to pick me up. The driver threw my suitcase into the trunk like it was a rock. He asked me where I was going and I told him the subway at [redacted] (E and F Trains). I asked him to please take [redacted] to [redacted] to [redacted]. He began arguing with me and told me he was going the way he wanted and I needed to sit back and be quiet, that he was the driver and knew the fastest way to go. I again asked him to please take the route I requested, and he became very, very rude and indignant. I then asked him if it would cost the same to go to [redacted] and he answered in the affirmative. I asked him to take me to that station instead. He became even more rude and told me to sit back and be quiet. I was pushed beyond my limit at that point and lost my temper. This was after he again ignored my request to please take [redacted]. He then proceeded to take the longest route possible and make as many turns as possible. When I asked him what his car number was, he very rudely said, "It's not important!" I called the company and was told it was car 45. I then asked for a manager whose name is [redacted] and whom I know personally. I was told there was no manager and I would have to call on Monday.
Once we arrived at [redacted], he took my suitcase out of the trunk and left it in the middle of the street. He then attempted to bully me into paying him right then. I moved my suitcase to the sidewalk and told him that I would pay him as soon as I had the rest of my things out of the car. He was strong-arming me with his chest puffed out and following me as I moved to the sidewalk. I gave him the fare of $8.00 with no tip. I now realize I should not have paid him at all. As he was pulling away, he said, "[redacted] You!! Kiss my [redacted] He then flipped me off and drove away.
I then called [redacted]'s cell phone and left a message telling him what happened and asked him to please return my phone call. I never heard back.
I will NEVER use that company again. I am a regular customer and have been for the past ten years. To treat a customer so rudely is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I would like the job of the driver of car 45 to be terminated, a refund of my money, an apology from the owner.
