Customer's sister called our store and asked me about the status of her brother's watch.  I had to ask various questions to her (i.e. when was it dropped off, etc).  I put her on hold and came back to her and she started saying repeatedly to me that "We are taking advantage of the...

disabled"  and that we have had the watch for way too long and that we are taking advantage of the disabled and she was going to call the attorney general's office and we are breaking the law II!  The watch was at the Pulsar Company getting a new movement in it and we told the customer (her brother) that we weren't going to charge him anyway.  Obviously, she didn't know that and kept yelling at me that we had his watch for 3 f bomb months and that is when I hung up on her.  1 won't tolerate anyone cussing at me and we certainly didn't deserve that verbal abuse.
We told her that the watch has to be given back to the customer himself and that if she wanted to pick it up she had to apologize to me first. Needless to say, her brother came in and picked up the watch and there was no charge.

Review: I have a watch that was broken due to a toddler and the only thing broke on it was the glass face on the watch. I took my watch into jewlers loupe in dover mall and they told me it would be 60.00 to replace the glass face on the watch , well, I waited a long time at least 2 months to hear back from them. I thought they would never call me to pick it up and when I did pay them 60.00 and left the store wasn't long after wards I discovered it wasn't keeping time at alll so I took it back and they told me it would be about 110.00 to fix it and they ask for the receipt they gave me for it and that they would send it back for repair. the watch was keeping time when I took it in, it's a 500.00 watch and my sister called and spoke to a female today about my watch and the woman wanted to know the date it was orginally brought in for repair, my sister said how would we know when they have had it for the last 3 [redacted] months and my sister said the woman kept denying that they didnt take the receipts that they just don't do that. well, she hung up on my sister a hour later the owner calls and tells my sister that I'm not getting the watch back untill she apologises to the woman. My sister used the word [redacted] and never cussed her personally and the owner or her husband what ever he may be to his employee said I can't have my watch back when I have nothing to do with the way my sister talks. He said there wouldn't be a charge this time but I 'm not getting my watch back untill my sister apologises?? FOR WHAT? I don't take to kindly to threats like that. I want my watch back wheather or not my sister apologises I have nothing to do with their conversationDesired Settlement: I want my watch back and it should be working properly. I owe them nothing he has been paid. . He said there there was no additional charge but I can't have it back unless my sister apologises. My sister said she is not apologises because she said nothing wrong to the woman only used the word fricking and that if she is offended by the word fricking then she might of as well said the F word.
