Review: I purchased gauged earrings for $20 each totaling $40, I went to put my new gauges in and the crystal fell out, I returned the day after to exchange even though the receipt say's no refunds or exchanges on merchandise. I explained what had happend and that I just wanted new ones since they were expensive and shouldn't have done that in the first place, the employee told me she couldn't do anythin and that it wasn't there problem. I have worked in retail my whole life and I understand the return and exchange policy's however I came back the next day due to a manufactures defect and an exchage should be honored regardless. This is horrible customer service and this should have been handled a lot better.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund.

I want a refund, I have my receipt and the product. Anything that falls apart the day of purchase should either be exchanged or returned no matter what otherwise you shouldn't be selling cheap jewelry @ $40. I was told by an associate to glue it back together.... That is not acceptable. I purchased new Gage's that same day because I didn't want to walk around without any in. I would like my request to be honored.
