My experience with the moving men on the day of the move was excellentThey were friendly and knew what they were doing The follow up interaction from the administration (allegedly management) was discourteous and unprofessional, and dare I say, unethical The moving men left me with an invoice for a little less than $1500, however the management charged me for over $1,I raised this discrepancy with them, and they ignored itI also raised the fact that certain items were missing--this was also ignored Initially the moving company had problems charging my card--the charges wouldn't go through on my credit cardI called them to resolve the issue, and sent emails that very day and to follow upI dint hear from them until about days laterFor some reason, despite my good faith communication, management felt the need to threaten to send me to collectionnot even a week had passed, and they had a hold on about $on my card at the time The icing on the cake was the rude emails that management sent to me, which seemed to evidence a desire just to have the last word of the exchange In summary: (a) terribly rude management with lack of customer service skills, (b) charging for a higher amount than was on the invoice; (c) not addressing my concerns remissing items The management at this company was worst, in my experience and I will never recommend them
