After a routine oil change, I went home and a week later my oil cam plugs completely blew outI took it to a Subaru specialist and he said the problem was because too much oil was put in and/or the last person who changed the oil, didn't drain the oil in the first place and just filled it up with too much oil, causing the plugs to blow outWhen I called Scott, the manager, he said he would look into it and called me the next day and told me that there was no way that there was too much oilIt was everywhere, in my driveway, all over the carriage, on the engine and at every place I parked after his "job"Don't go there! I don't know what they are smoking out behind the shop but no one takes responsibility for an obvious mistakeIt will cost me dollars to replace the seals by a real mechanicIt is no wonder they arenot members
