I have purchased 3 vehicles from Jiggies truck & auto in the last several years. I found the staff to be friendly& professional. Any issues or questions I had were promptly taken care of. I would recommend them to my friends & family.
I got a Pontiac gran prix with this dealership and the very next day the transmission gave me problems and left me stuck an hour away from home. They suggested me another vehicle, a gmc yukon xl and the very owner showed me a minor rust on each side by the rear bumper and swear up and down that other than that little rust the car was great for me and my family. Well I came thru several issues, the 1st was a dead battery and I was stranded, 2nd a brake line busted and almost caused me an accident, 3rd a problem with gas tank rust and clogging the intake lines and I spent $225.00 out of pocket for this issue alone. With the 1st issue the dealer took the car and called me 3 days later saying they had fix all brake lines and that we would have it for our weekend, so we was exited about that and decided to go 3 hours away to the beach. An hour and a half into our drive the same brake issue came up, busted brake line never fixed putting me and my family in danger and other drivers again. I called the dealership and they told me they had fixed all 4 lines and that was a lie when I looked under the car they had only replaced 1 line. I ended spending money from our trip on plenty of brake fluid, take a risk and make it home, replaced the 1 line that just busted on my own. They are defrauding people in this dealership and I would strongly recommend anyone to not buy here. They put me, my pregnant fiance and my 20 month old baby life in danger since day 1 and the life of other driver when they gave me an unsafe car with all severe damaged brake lines. Not cool. Very unhappy with the way they handled all my calls and request. I lost my job for all the times I got stuck with these cars, not being able to take my son to daycare, medical appointments etc
