Jill's Beach

I purchased a spray tan package from Jills Beach. Approximately two weeks later they close down. I was unable to use the package.When I was in Jill's beach to get my spray tan, I was informed by the girl at the register that it was the last tan on my prepaid package. She then asked me if I wanted to purchase another package. Because of the cost savings I went ahead and did so. Within two weeks after that visit Jills Beach was closed. I was never able to use any of the tan sessions from the tan package I purchased. In the mail I received a notification from Jills beach informing me that they were closed and that my tan sessions were therefore transferred to [redacted]. Since then, I have made multiple trips to [redacted] trying to use the package that I purchased at Jills Beach. My name is not on the list of packages transferred from Jills Beach to [redacted]. I therefore have called Jills Beach several different times requesting that my name be transferred over. Although they have my information and my package details at Jills Beach they cannot or will not transfer it over so to sum up my complaint I purchased a package from a company that closed approximately two weeks after I purchased the package and I am not able to use the package.Desired SettlementI would like to be refunded my money in for the package I purchased but I'm not able to use.
