OUTRAGEOUS SERVICE AND PRODUCT COSTS AND COMPLETE [redacted] POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I OWN A MITSUBISHI CAR. THERE WERE TWO DEALERSHIPS IN LAS VEGAS ONE ON OPPOSITE ENDS OF THE VALLEY. I DROVE TO THE ONE I HAVE ALWAYS USED TO FIND IT HAD CLOSED WITHOUT TELLING ANYONE. I DROVE ALL THE WAY ACROSS THE VALLEY TO JIM MARSH MITSUBISHI SIMPLY TO BUY A NEW KEY FOR MY CAR AND TO GET IT PROGRAMMED. I WAS CHARGED $146.00 FOR THE KEY, $10 TO CUT IT ($1.00 AT ANY HARDWARE STORE) AND $60 FOR IT TO BE PROGRAMMED. THESE PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS! THIS DEALERSHIP IS NOW THE ONLY ONE IN THE LAS VEGAS AREA AND THE OTHER MITSUBISHI DEALERSHIP CLOSEST TO LAS VEGAS IS NOW THREE HOURS AWAY IN VICTORVILLE, CALIFORNIA. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THE GREED AND WHAT SEEMS LIKE PRICE GOUGHING THIS PLACE DEMONSTRATES. I LAST BOUGHT THE SAME KEY AND SERVICE @ TWO YEARS AGO FOR $110.00. I THEN WENT TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO GET THE KEY PROGRAMMED AND PAY THE $60.00 FEE FOR THIS PROCESS. I EXPLAINED WHAT I HAD BEEN THRO
