John B*** replaced our gas water heater this weekIt was ordered and installed the same dayHe did an excellent job and did not quit until he was certain that everything was perfectHe also made sure the furnace was working and gas logs were operatingHe cleaned the area and recycled/trashed the left over scraps
ARS Nashville is my go to whenever I need something done around the house If they don't do it they will put you in touch with someone who can John B***, a plumber with ARS, installed my new water heater today, He was prompt, professional and gave me a few tips to help my water heater last longer after the installation John explained the functions on the heater and what to do if the pilot light goes out

I had the most awesome experience with ARS Rescue Rooter They were professional, timely, and fixed my Hot Water Heater The technician was knowledgeable and experienced I can't say enough about John BHe was a gem!
I would NEVER recommend ARS in Nashville They were the contractor that Home Depot chose to install our new heating and A/C system We called ARS around noon on Wednesday to ask for service on our new A/C that was not working properlyWe explained that we were leaving town on Saturday morning and since this was a new unit we expected someone would come prior to that time to check the unitThey said they would send someone on Thursday morningThe office finally called at approximately 5pm on Thursday to report the tech was available to leave to come to our houseIt is over an hours drive from Nashville to our house, so we agreed that they would come first thing on Friday By Friday afternoon at 4pm no one had come OR called so I called Home Depot They way called me with ARS and the man there said that the tech was on his way Again, no call, no service They had outright told a lie to pacify meBottom line, the tech finally called on Saturday afternoon at 5:to report he was ready to come We were on our way out of town by then, so bottom line we still have a new unit that is not working properly My experience with this company is horrible and if we had been more familiar with their service we never would have gone through Home Depot because we assumed they only used reputable contractorsOur experience with both Home Depot and ARS has not been one that I would want to repeatFrom my viewpoint, ARS is one company that is definitely not courteous or honest and they do not provide the service promised prior to the sale
A couple weeks ago, my husband and I went to Home Depot in Bellevue to get an estimate for a new HVAC unit and duct work On July Markley came out He was very friendly and kbowledgableHe answered all our questions (ridiculous or not) with a smile on his faceHe spoke very highly of both his company (ARS) and Home Depot My husband and I both decided that we would forgo other estimates and go with ARS because of the feeling of trust we had with Markley and the service/satisfaction guarantee
On July 13th two men came out to install our duct work Just like Markley, both these men (i can't remember their names) were friendly, courteous, and professional Our duct work was finished that day (in the opressive heat!!!) They worked so hard and did not complain once about the heat (or the hill that they had to keep climbing to get under our house and back to their truck)
On July 14th the same two men came out to install our HVAC Same story, friendly, curtious, professionalThey worked through the rain and got the job done
We are so happy we purchased our new system through ARS The week after it was all installed the big heat wave settled in We keep our thermostat set on 69, and with heat indices of 100+ our house stayed at (only once hit 70!) Before this unit our home would of been at 76- We are so much happier now that we can keep our home cooler and more comfortable

Had ARS/Rescue Rooter Nashville install a new toilet plumber Billy K came to our home Billy was very friendly, polite, professional, and very competent He was probably one of the best service people we've had the pleasure to deal withARS staff people on the phone were also very professional and friendly They called to let us know Billy was on his way, called to be sure we were Satisfied with his work
Lamar did a great job He was timely, honest and helpful He found a mistake made by a prior ARS employee, told me about it and fixed it I am very pleased!

This was our 2nd time using ARS and Walt and we again were not disappointed. Exceptional customer service by Walt and his team of Johnny W., Keith W., Josh W., Grant J., and Zach D. The whole crew was friendly, respectful and professional. They all went above and beyond and made sure that we were only inconvenienced without AC (on a day with a high of 96!) for a short period of time while they installed our system. HIGHLY recommend ARS and especially Joshua [redacted]
Keith and Zack were awesome. They were very clear about what they were going to do and were very careful not to disturb anything while they were hauling things in and out. Very polite and informative. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

The installers of our AC/Gas Furnace were fast, friendly and efficient. They exceeded my expectations!
This is the second time I used ARS the installers are always courteous and friendly they finish the job on time and never leave a mess
