#*** I am writing in reference to the ongoing complaint that I filed almost a year ago. I received their response after these many months. They claim they told us that there would be no television liand that they did discuss this with me. I initially was contacted by Mr*** to purchase some television time. The cost was $200. I forwarded to you the two emails that I did send to him asking where the TV liwould arrive? Prior to the emails; I called him twice. Both times he assured me that it would be arriving in the mail. I would NOT have purchased air time if there would be no proof of the TV ad.. That is not logical. We all want a guarantee of what we purchase. After I sent the emails; no one would respond to me. I left several messages on his extension. I left several messages with the main answering machine. Finally; since the time and gone and I had never received any validation that the ad actually occurred on TV; I contacted you to resolve the matterAfter all these months, someone I have never spoken with or heard of ; responds to the Revdex.com complaint. I believe he is just triyng to clean up the messI am not lying about any of this. I have put too much time and energy into a $ complaint already. I do refuse to back down just so Business Directory can have a clean record This is about the principle. No one has ever contacted me since I spoke with Mr*** asking about the television line-up Naturally; the check they received from us was cashed immediatelyI appreciate all the time and effort you have put into this complaint. We, *** *** and Business Directory Services, agreed that *** *** will be refunded 50%, which equals $In addition the Business Directory Services will provide free televisions advertisements in the same format and manner that was previously purchased by *** ***Our advertisement will be televised in the Fall of and Business Directory Services will contact Giovanini prior “airing” to make sure all the business information is current.Regards,
