Jim Wilson Motors, Inc.

Sept of 2015 we were traveling from Washington to Yuma, AZ and our 2010 F150 supercrew, that had a drive-line made for disconnect so we could tow it behind a RV, started a bad vibrating sound and feel. I called Jim Wilson's Ford and they said to try and make it in and they would see if they could help us. We were Towing a trailer and they gave us a place to park. With no appointment they took us right in and as we had thought it was the drive-line. We were moving and the truck was packed but we had the original drive-line but had to unpack the truck to get to it.

The people were so nice and helpful knowing we were traveling, they got right on it and we were only there about 3 Hrs. and in that time they gave us a ride to a place to eat and picked us back up and had us on the road. I can't say enough about the service we received and how nice the service personel were. Thanks and the price was right also.

They did say that this was one for their books the customer knew what the problem was and had the parts.
