I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Problem:*** Paving repaved my driveway in March The driveway was coming apart almost immediatelyAfter six phone calls and missed appointments to return by *** Paving, a complaint was filed with the Revdex.comMr*** *** returned and repaired the deficient portion of the drivewayHe sawcut approximately feet from my driveway and removed deficient asphalt from driveway and apronHe then replaced with a different type of asphalt leaving a sawcut line in the middle of my driveway and two different types of asphaltMr *** assured me that with sealcoating and time, the sawcut line in the driveway would disappearI have sealcoated the drivewayThe sawcut in the middle of the driveway and two different grades of asphalt are still very obviousThe replacement asphalt is slightly higher than the original asphalt allowing rainwater to puddle at the sawcut line which could present a problem with freeze/thaw weather in the winterI have called *** Paving on 8/12/15, 8/14/15, 8/26/& 9/23/*** Paving has not returned any of these phone calls to resolve any of these issuesI paid $2,for a new drivewayI expect a new driveway, not one that has a sawcut in the middle of it that retains water and two different grades of asphalt.Translate Desired Resolution / Outcome Desired Resolution:ReplacementselectDesired Outcome:Either return and repave my entire driveway properly or refund my money so that I can get the new driveway I contracted for with a different paving contractor

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory at this time. They are to resolve the problem in the spring but until then I would like to keep this complaint open. I will respond after they have replaced the driveway completely in the spring. I had requested in writing stating that they will replace the driveway but to date I have not received any documents stating this.

We was under the impression he was satisfied with our last attempt to please him.Apparently he's not,so my husbands going to go out and see what he wants done.He will come out first of week of October.We will do what we have to please this customer. Sent on: 10/1/2015 3:40:55 PM
My husband was out there yesterday and agreed to replace whole driveway to satisfy him ,we always have seams but some are more noticeable then others and he's getting it dug out and replaced he was satisfied with that.Not redoing till spring.Thank you Sent on: 11/23/2016 1:27:31 PM
