I am rejecting this response because: Really what glitch?! I still have yet to see my refund on my bank statement!! So until I physically see it, I am not accepting nothing!! As of today August 29,2016 I still do not see my refund, it has been 4 full business days and today will be number 5. For simple refunds they do not take long!

Jimmy John's apologizes for the delay in responding to this complaint.  The $4.00 was accidentally charged on a remake order by a new employee.  As soon as we were made aware of this, the customer was contacted and his $4.00 was immediately refunded to him.  It is our understanding...

that the customer is satisfied with the resolution to this matter.  He received what he was paying for and any additional charges were refunded to him.  We feel that the complaint has been settled and no additional compensation or product will be offered.  Thank you.

Review: When I ordered food at the register, the person who was working charged me twice. The manager came to the counter, voided one order, thus refunding one order, but not the other. I was given a receipt of the transaction. When I checked my bank account today, I was charged 12.99 on 5/11/15, and 7.84 on 5/13/15. The individuals working there were unprofessional and disrespectful, and I feel they stole the money that I was given back, as it states "withdrawal" for the purchase in my account and not "Deposit."Desired Settlement: Refund is necessary. Thanks.
