Review: Company was hired by [redacted], [redacted] who I have Policy No. ---------- as insurance for repair to Viking refrigerator. After a timely visit by Jimmies, it was determined that the icemaker could not be fixed but needed to be replaced. The original date of service is approximately June *, 2014. I attempted to contact Jimmies several times by phone for the status. They never responded. I advised [redacted] who originally gave the job to Jimmies, and they never responded except to say they would keep trying to contact Jimmies. Today, I finally reached someone there [redacted] who contacted Viking and learned that the parts were available. I am currently waiting to hear if Assurance will contact another servicer to fix my icemakerDesired Settlement: This business should not be an approved repair store for [redacted]
