Jim's should be avoided. The mechanic although courteous was unable to fix my problem. Lack of tools and skills were apparent as screw threads were maligned showing the incorrect tool was used to attempt removal. With this as an excuse I regrettably accepted the "solution" of replacement with a used unit they "had in stock" which was clearly removed from scrap. It works but upon investigation I was charged more than a similar reconditioned guaranteed unit I found easily on Ebay from a reputable parts house. I expressed my discontent with the owner and was accused of "whining". Not professional.
