Review: I electronically signed up for a locked in rate of $3.799 for the heating season (2013 - 2014). The December 2013 bill was billed correctly at the $3.799. The January 2014 & March 2014 bills were billed out incorrectly at $4.189 per gallon. I paid the January invoice in full with an explanation of the incorrect billing & to place the credit on my account. That did not occur. When the March invoice was received I paid the invoice based on the correct/contract price of $3.799. I also wrote another letter explaining that I was only paying for the gallons at the $3.799 & not the $4.189. I have been contacting JJ Skeleton to correct this issue on multiple occasions but they will not respond nor honor their contract pricing. I emailed JJ Skeleton on 2/17/2014 at 2:07pm, 7/29/2014 at 1:38pm, 7/29/2014 at 1:46pm, & 8/8/2014 at 2:42pm. I have also called them on 6/4/2014 at 8:40am, 6/19/2014 at 1:20pm, 7/18/2014 at 9:41am, 7/18/2014 at 2:18pm, 7/22/2014 at 12:42pm, & 7/29/2014 at 1:22pm.Desired Settlement: The January invoice needs to be credited & refunded to reflect the $3.799 contract price. The March invoice ($111.38) needs to be credited to reflect the $3.799 contract price, including late fees.
