Review: Last fall We contracted for a retaining wall replacement, pathway, and steps leading to a basement. In addition we contracted for renovation of an existing retaining wall along the driveway and renovation of another set of stairs. The wall, pathway, and steps leading to the basement were completed last fall, the rest of the work was to be completed this spring as soon as the weather broke. I have made several phone calls and left messages for a call back. I did get a return call in May with a promise to further discuss the work to be done with another appointment. I have not received any further response since that time. of course, I have already paid for all but $225.50 of a $10,680.00 contractDesired Settlement: I request that either the work be performed as stated in the original contract or a change in material mutually agreed upon or the money for the work not done be refunded
