Review: Sold a car that was dangerous. When it went to be inspected the catalytic converter was bad and the drivers side door opens when driving. The only problem that was disclosed was alight that would not go out and indicated the temperature of the car was not right. He has his own inspection station and said the only reason he could not inspect it was this indicator light that he could not repair. Sold " AS IS " because of the light. The garage where it was taken to be inspected said it would take several thousand dollars to repair. He stated that even if we signed an " AS IS " a dealer could lose his license for selling a car that is dangerous to drive without disclosing these things to the buyer. The car was sold to my nephew by the dealer that I had loaned $25,000.00 . We agreed to deduct the amount of the car from what he owes me before we knew of all the problems. I'm 80 years old and would like to get my money back.Desired Settlement: return car and refund cash. Check into the legality of selling this car without disclosure.s

Review: I made a deposit on Jan 20th for the purchase of 2007 [redacted] of a thousand dollars. The receipt he gave has deposit non refundable to customer. I no longer wish to purchase the car told the seller that the next day.Desired Settlement: Return of my one thousand dollars
