We brought some shirts to get embroideredI was told when I dropped them off that it would take a week to days After missing the promise date, I contacted the company and they said they hadn’t started yetI expressed to them that I needed them ASAP for an event we were going toThey said they would be ready on Friday after 2pmI went and picked them up and they were TERRIBLE! The lettering in the logo is inconsistently filled The lines are uneven and crooked One of the shirts is pale in color with a black backing to hold the embroideryOne of the shirts has a hole in it where the embroidery was placedI immediately called after inspecting them and got the run-aroundI told them I would come in today so we could rectify the situationI talked to the one girl and she agreed that the shirts didn’t look great and offered a few ways they could try to fix itI told her I would prefer to have a refund because I am displeased with the workShe went and got the owner who bell
