Review: We contracted J.L. Flooring to lay carpet and vinly floor in a [redacted] daycare and residence. The carpet was cut incorrectly therefore showing a distinct seam and The incorrect vinyl was ordered. All of the work was supposed to be completed May 11, 2013. As of today, May 14, 2013 the work in unfinished and the daycare in open for business. When J.L. was contacted words, were exchanged and [redacted] the owner of J.L. Stated he was no longer doing any work for us and not returning our money (3700.00). UNEXCEPTABLE!!!!! We now have to hire another floor contractor, pay for another order/labor, and request more time and inconvenience from our customer.Desired Settlement: WE ARE ASKING FOR A FULL REFUND!!! We have to arrange replacement and don't have time to wait for him to replace it.
