Dear Revdex.com: I do not want to debate the facts with [redacted]. The following is a report from the monitoring staion showing that the alarm system was working and testing every month that this client has denied. Therefore, we have continued to fullfill our obligations. If this client does not want to have our monitoring service we simply ask to be paid though the period that we rendered our services. Below is the monthly test on 10/6/17 for that account, along with the tests for the 4 months prior. I am rejecting this response because:This company is a fraud that just wants to collect and charge more money. They don't run their tests as they never contacted us to let us know that our system is not working, they have the worst customer service support, they take forever to return calls and they refuse to cancel the service. Over the past 6 plus years, I never heard from them that I need to test the system myself. And the reason Steve called me was when I complained by email (check your records) about their bad service and testing. He was able to tell me what the codes meant and system worked for a little while and he promised to send me an adjusted bill. However, the adjusted bill never came till August (after I called again and again) and at the time the monitor was already showing "cancelled" signal. Steve never returned my second call. However, I continued getting bills. So, I recently contracted their cancellation department and asked to stop billing me as our monitor is not working and I hate the way they conducting their business and I don't want their service going forward. The lady told me that I can't cancel as I have a contract that automatically renews itself every year and if I don't pay they will send it to collection. I told them that it is prepaid service, I have no service for the past six months and you don't want to cancel so you can continue doing what ever you want. I will see which court will approve their scam on auto renewal and no service. Just earn your money honestly, you don't need to scam or threaten customers, your business wont last long with this kind of services.

I just received this information today and I will review the client's concern and follow up by tomorrow.
