conversations with customers that appear to be disgruntled and threatening to their position. The 1000$ dollars stated in the complaint was not paid to JMC. Please allow customer to provide proof that they paid us 1000$. We have since returned to the home, upon arrival the technician found absolutely no failures. Please verify with [redacted] for the validity of this statement. As for the alleged neglect we made every attempt to reschedule with this home owner with no luck. Please request proof that this homeowner paid us this amount of money and verify that indeed there was no additional failure to their dishwasher despite requesting a second service call of which we did run.

Review: I was having issues with my new refrigerator. I did have home owners insurance which instructed me to contact JMC Quality Air as the company to come and assess the issue. The technician came in and "assessed" the refrigerator. They stated that it was an issue with the thermostat and even if it was replaced they could not guarantee that the refrigerator would function normally. I had to wait days for a part that never needed to be replaced. Apparently they were having a difficult time locating a replacement thermostat. I called a different company to come in and check the refrigerator. This new company took their time and checked everything out. It turned out that the thermostat was working properly and the issue was a leak in the hose. The technician replaced and recharged the device and the refrigerator was almost immediately getting cooler. JMC Quality Air , from my experience are unprofessional and their technicians lack the knowledge needed for HVAC service. I called them to inform them that JMC tech. had misdiagnosed the problem. Their management response was "we're human, everyone makes mistakes". Yes, everyone makes mistakes but I should not have to pay for their incompetence.Desired Settlement: I would like the $100.00 deductible fee reimbursed. They did absolutely nothing to fix the issue. They wanted to replace a part that never needed to be replaced.
