I am a first time customer of JME. We had a schedule appointment to have a plow installed on our truck, we waited a week to get in. (which was not a problem.) We dropped our truck off on a Wednesday and told it would take 2 days to install. By Friday they still have not worked on the truck. We were told on Monday that the wiring, frame and timbers were installed. It is now Tuesday and truck still in not done. They keep telling me that they are behind on there work. (To me being behind on work is at the most a day.) It does not take a week to install a plow. The worst part of all this, is not the time I am loosing from my job having to leave early to pick my husband up everyday. So not only is the expense of having plow installed, we also have to budget in the hours lost that I have to leave early. So instead of leaving two days early, I now am going on five days 2 1/2 hours of pay have been lost. And to top it all off they seem not to care that it is a big inconvenience and not at all caring how is is effecting their customer!! I should have gone with my gut and took my truck on Friday to someone else. Its Tuesday and taking truck done or not. will never go back to this shop.
[redacted] called in response to complaint and her husband [redacted], who repairs the pump motors, has been very ill and in the hospital and they informed the consumer of this. They have agreed to refund his money in full, when he returns the pump.
