not being prompt with my response. The business received your mail. I received the attached email from [redacted] on March **. When the first week in April came and went, without any merchandise I then opened a claim on Etsy and they refunded my purchase money.
Sincerely,

Review: Initially I found this place on Etsy, contacted the seller in December to inquire about the product and decided to order the product in January. I contacted the seller through Etsy (the original listing) where she sent me a message saying she was closing her etsy site but directed me to her website and created a listing for the product there. I went ahead and placed my order through PayPal and got an email saying they received my order and I would be receiving an email later with shipping details. I have tried to contact the company through email-etsy, and the gmail address listed without a response and I have tried to call the number listed on the website and it seems it has been disconnected. When searching the name "[redacted]" tonight to see if there was alternative information, I found a review that says that multiple people placed orders and they also never received their order.Desired Settlement: I ordered these robes as a gift for my bridesmaids for my wedding in less than 4 wks. If this person cannot finish the job, then please give me a refund so I can get them elsewhere or embroider the 5 robes I ordered and express ship them to me.
Review: After purchasing ~$300 in items from the seller on Etsy.com 3 months ago, the seller removed their store front from Etsy.com and mass emailed the customers who were waiting for their items to ship. They notified the group that they removed their store from Etsy to pursue other options online and open their own website. The seller guaranteed us that our items would ship by a predetermined time. That time has passed 2 weeks and many of us ~40 have not received their items. Upon contacting the seller via phone and email there have been no responses back. Other customers have been contacted and actually have their items/tracking numbers while many of us are still waiting. Other customers were contacted and provided false tracking numbers.Desired Settlement: Ultimately I wanted my items, however now I - along with many others am seeking a full refund of what was purchased.
