When we sent out our employees to investigate the problems and fix them Mr*** swore at them the whole timeOur employees did not feel comfortable talking to himwe would be glad to settle this these are a few of the pictures we took I will try and respond with more he has also has been
harassing the employee that was out and he was swearing at while he was trying to help him over a year after our installation of his furnace

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/05/13) */
Customer called to say his toilet wasn't flushing anything downHer husband never mentioned anything about line being blocked or plunging the toilet at all
There are a couple of things that can cause this problem to happenSomething could
have been lodge in the toilet itselfOver the years we have pulled many different items from toilets that wouldn't flushAlso the flushing mechanism of the toilet itself could have been bad
We can't and don't diagnose a problem over the phoneIf we would have recommended a drain cleaner and the problem was a faulty toilet she would have had to call a plumber to repair the toilet anywayIf the drain wasn't the problem and she needed a toilet repaired and the drain cleaning company couldn't or wouldn't fix the toilet would she have called us and complained that we should have known, it was a toilet problem and not a drain problem?
Her initial call was to see if we worked with her specific home warranty companyWe told her it was not a company that we have previously worked with but we would come out and help herAfter diagnosing and attempting to help our technician called the warranty company and was asked by them how much it would run to snake the drain we informed them we did not snake drains, the warranty company told us to collect the service call feeThe warranty company also called the homeowner and informed him to pay the service call feeThe customer was upset as to why he was paying for a home warranty company
The homeowner called our office and told us that we should advertise that we don't clean drainsShe stated that she was going to do a survey of other plumbers in the area and see if they cleaned drains, and call us back with her results of the calls
In the phone book it lists plumbers that do advertise that they clean or snake drains and ones that do not (like ourselves) do not advertise anything about drain cleaning or drain snaking
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2016/05/17) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Seriously, who in their right mind would resort to calling a plumber if they hadn't already tried plunging it themselves? In fact we had been plunging the toilet for a few days and my husband did tell the person on the phone this and that's why he mentioned it must be blocked somewhereI question whether the young men they sent to our house were licensed plumbers because they seemed not to know what to do after plunging itI know they don't diagnose over the phone, but they don't diagnose in person eitherThe men never offered us any other options, never suggested anything else the problem might beAs far as the talk they had with the warranty company I have no idea what was said because they went to their van and called themBut when they spoke with us they never told us to pay the service call, they told us to have the drain snaked first and then they would see what we needed to do to fix usBesides we have a $deductible that we have to pay before the warranty takes over.in their response to our complaint they keep referring to drain cleaning, we never once ask them to clean the drain we ask them to "SNAKE" the drain, big difference, cleaning requires the high pressure jet like the rooter man usesWe called a plumber because we thought that's who we needed to fix a clogged toiletI thought a plumber would have the tools to fix a clogged toilet, basic tools like a plunger and what is or should be a plumbers tool, a hand held snake! It's weird because the plumber who finally fixed the clog was very surprised when my husbands first question to him was do you snake drainsAnd he was the first plumber we called after Joe Behr didn't attempt to fix the problem, just plunged it and when that didn't work they didn't try anything else or check into any other way to fix the problemSo where was the service that we got charged $for?? The plumber we called the second time snaked the drain and when that didn't work he took the toilet off, cleaned out the trap and reset it, and lo and behold that did the trick, works like new nowJoe Behrs young men never tried anything but plunging and when that didn't work they just gave upMaybe they need some more trainingI checked all the plumber adds in the yellow pages and no add says whether they snake drains or they don'tOnly the *** adds say they clean drains with high pressure jets, but we only wanted ours "snaked" not cleaned and for some reason I was under the assumption that that's what plumbers didI don't have a problem paying someone for a service, if they actually do a service, but those young men did not do a service or even try to "diagnose" as they say and solve the problemAs far as them being plumbers but they don't snake drains it would be like going to the doctor with a fever and him saying he doesn't take temperatures in his office so he can't help you with that fever because he can't diagnose your problem without that tool! I just think that's highway robbery to charge people $and yet do nothing and the problem was there when they left exactly the same as when they came! It is definitely not fair or professional for consumers to be treated in this manner, but so many times we are, most don't speak up, but I'm speaking up, and trust me I will never recommend this company to anyone, word of mouth is a very valuable tool!

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
In good faith, I purchased the item from this company Furthermore, I was not notified or aware of the company's new policy almost two years after the purchaseThe complaint is based on the original
contract and invoice regardless of the new policy The original invoice states "All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by this invoice." No where on the original contract states that the company can and will change their policy as they see fit So in good faith, I believed I did everything that was stated on the original invoice Accompanied with the original invoice I tried to return the item and was denied the credit
Sincerely,
Jason D***

I am rejecting this response because:
*** *** *** *** I am rejecting this response because:His explanation for not fixing it is that I cussedI cussed because *** another *** *** employee ripped my gutter off of the side of the house when he slammed the ladder down on to itShow me a house that would be standing after the mortar work that *** did0% of them would be standing a year laterBottom line of *** *** and his employee ***If he never stopped at my house my chimney never leaksI have more issues than even listed hereI just gave you the major onesMy intention is not to shake a local business owner downJust for him to keep his word and take care of problems his employee neglectfuly caused*** *** doesn’t stand behind his employees work*** was quick to admit he didn’t do the mortar workLol I would never have hired him and paid $had I known the result*** does not care and shows great neglect when he worked at our houseTotal disregard for my home! If you need more evidence of *** ***’s failures and damage his employees caused I can gladly provide it for you Revdex.comI’ll never forgot how his employee rushed to take pictures, wouldn’t share them, now I get themHe never would send them or try to fix anythingHim taking pictures is just an effort to remove his responsibilities of the neglecting employeeI’ll live in this community the rest of my lifeMaybe it is just best to let a court decideThe small claims office when I called was ready to give me the paperworkI will make better decisions of who I hire in the futureUnfortunately this was one of the worst choices of my lifeIt taught me to only hire people who care about their work

We Apologize we thought that we emailed the pictures to you prior to this.We took the pictures to prove to you that the problem was lack of maintenance on a chimney that was built in There have been several people who work here that you have sworn at either in person or during phone conversations including myself.Had we torn the gutter off your home we would have repaired it for youI would also think that had we done this you would have wanted us to repair it or pay for someone to repair it for you.The mortar work you are complaining about to everyone is around a 4” chimney liner that is inside your homeBeing inside your homeThis would have nothing to do with water leaking into your home from the chimneyThe mortar work on the inside of your home was not a complaint of yours until recently. The solution to the water leaking into your house when it rains hard is a repair or reworking the chimney on the outside of your home or possibly the down spouts from your gutter or drainage from the gutters away from your home as these can get clogged over years of use. When we completed the installation of you new Furnace and Air Conditioning system you signed on our work sheet that everything was done completely and satisfactory which was done on August 31st a copy is enclosed.Sincerely, *** * ***
