I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12415026, and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me.  We have retained an attorney to help us with this matter but have not filed suit against the business. Thus there is no litigation and the complaint should be addressed

I can't review their actual work because I tried unsuccessfully for almost a year to get them to come out. I should have known from the beginning when they didn't send the estimate until I emailed them asking for it. The last time I followed-up, the owner's son said they would be out that week to get me handled. Three weeks later I still hadn't heard from or seen anyone. It was only a small flashing job that he estimated $250-300, so maybe you will get better treatment/response if your job is worth thousands. Me personally, this speaks volumes to what they really think about their potential customers.
